‘REFLECTIONS’ JURIED SHOW WINNERS

MARCH 1 - APRIL 28

Eighteen (18) artists are participating in the juried art competition - "Reflections"- culminating with an exhibit in March and April 2024 at the WCAC Gallery. Twenty-five (25) entries were juried in and judged for the competition by local artist and UMES art instructor, BRAD HUDSON.

Reflections can show up in many different forms. They can be literal and metaphorical. Reflections can be found in shop windows, still ponds, or on faces in mirrors. Reflections can surprise and delight. The physical nature of light reflects changes in appearances and reveals unexpected sensations. Reflections can also be emotional, internal; cerebral, or spiritual, bringing back memories, or causing new ways of thinking that could change the world or just stay personal.

The exhibit is on display from March 1 - April 28, 2024.

At the Open-To-The-Public reception on Friday, March 8 awards were presented to the following winners.
