Vision

WCAC envisions a Worcester County where the arts are integrated into the education, economy, and everyday life of its citizens. To that end, we envision that:​

• The lives are enriched by access to and participation in a diverse spectrum of artists and arts and cultural experiences;

• The arts are woven into the fabric of daily life—promoting civic engagement and  building bridges across cultures;

• The arts reflect contributions from all of Worcester County's diverse populations;

• The arts enhance the livability of communities and are recognized as a valuable contributor to the local economy;

• The Worcester County Arts Council is a source for policy development and builds a strong foundation for the arts in our county.

• To support a full creative life for all, the Worcester County Arts Council is committed to championing policies and practices of cultural equity that empower a just, inclusive, equitable communities with access to the Arts for all.
