2025 PAINT WORCESTER COUNTY

PLEIN AIR

SEPTEMBER 14 - 19

From Sunday, September 14, through Friday, September 19, twenty-one (21) local and regional talented Plein air artists painted outdoors in various locations of their choice around Worcester County, including Assateague Island.

This event, presented in partnership with the Worcester County Library Foundation, Worcester County Library Foundation, culminated on Friday, September 19, 4 pm - 6 pm at the Berlin Library branch with an open to the public Art Sale and Exhibit showcasing artwork created during this event.

The sale offered art lovers the opportunity to purchase an original piece of art, fresh off the easel, and meet the artist who painted it!

We were delighted to introduce WILLIAM BUCHANAN as the official judge of this year’s Paint Worcester County Plein Air Competition.

The Paint Worcester County competition offered $2,800 in total cash prizes.

The exhibit will continue to be on display at the Berlin Library Gallery until October 22, 2025. All artwork is available for purchase
