Barbara Hager Work Description: Barbara has been painting since the early 1980’s and has received varied awards for her loose watercolors of local scenes which are often embellished with pen and ink. Biography: Barbara, who is partially deaf, has learned to depict the hidden beauty of a landscape by relying on sight alone, and credits her use of decorative color and shapes to her ability to see things that people with hearing don’t notice.
