Work Description:
Acrylic, Oil, and Watercolor Painting

Biography:
Marina Borovok began her studio art studies (drawing and oil painting) in the classes of Professors Peter Collier and James Adkins. Born in the former Soviet Union, she studied biology in Kiev, Ukraine and holds a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Biology and an M.S. in Education from Johns Hopkins University. Marina enjoys drawing and painting for pleasure and for many clients. Currently, she is teaching 5th and 6th graders Art at the Capital School District, Dover, Delaware. Marina also is an Artist in residence at the CHEER Ocean View, Delaware, where she is teaching adults to do Art. She loves her students, and she is very impressed with their progress in her classes.

Artist’s Statement:
I TRULY BELIEVE IN THE VITAL ROLE OF ARTS IN THE SOCIETY.
Imagination doesn’t have limits. Be free to express yourself in any kind of artistic form.
